Image Super Resolution

This is a project I did together with my friend for our class ECE 420.  The subject is Image Super Resolution using 1. convolutional neural networks and 2. image segmentation.  This page will serve as a table of contents for all the parts of the paper.  As this is a group project and my partner has not consented to sharing source code none will be posted here.
